Hi, I'm having some reliability problems with http://www.aw-j.co.uk
Can you have a look and see if it's working ok, seems to be an intermittent problem with nothing appearing in the popup (sorry if you don't like them!) window but I can't recreate it myself.
Thanks,
- Jnr_Madison0
Seems ok to me :)

No problems with reliability of the popup for me (NN7 on Win2K and NN7 on OSX), but if you want my opinion I reckon that the framerate could do with jacking up a bit (those menus could be sooo smooth if only you'd give them the chance. Won't you give them the chance?)
Nice works in there too, I like your stuff.

Can I get the .fla from you. heh!

Thanks, it's not my work, it's my girlfriends and she's givin' me stress as the site's not working for her.
She was using IE 5.2.2 on OSX if thats any help, I tried it in IE 5.2.2 and NN7 on OSX but no problems here.
I'll have a look at the framerate, guess those rollouts are going a bit slow at the moment.

Oh yeah, just to clarify: the site is my work, the images are hers.

Mmm.. her work is very nice, isn't it?
Only problem I have is that your image pre-loader seems to be slowing things down? It's happened on a number of images, were it seems to jar at around 16/17% (that's probably just coincidence, mind)
Lovely otherwise - I'm sure I've seen this work elsewhere - have you posted a different version in the past couple of months?

Works fine for me on Win98 IE6 Fp6!

Oh yeah, shit - I'm on win98se, 800*600 (please don't laugh :)

Haven't posted it recently, I put it in the PBS when it went live but that was in June, it was on K10K at about the same time.
I think I know what the preloader problem might be, it's 2 preloaders, one going up and one down which could be a bit intensive, I'll have a look at turning into one instead - so many images though :(

the transitions are choppy.......
maybe bump up your framerate...other than that is seems ok... IE 6

All I see is grey. Safari 1.0 Beta(like gecko) on OS X 10.2.3.
Oh, I have pop-ups blocked. It works on IE though.

Xau - does the popup blocker block ones that are launched on a click as well as auto popups? There's no manual launch at the moment but i'll add one if it fixes that problem.
- xau0
it is only the auto-launch that
it blocks. yep, a manual launch could work.
Or embed an invisible swf with geturl action that opens your site up instead of using javascript.

Ok, thanks for the info.
