I have a photo....I would like to do an impressionistic version of it...
what filter would accomplish this...something like monet...
it doesnt have to be that great...but just the style

i would suggest playing around with some of the "Artistic" filters if you absolutly have to.
i try to stay away from doing things with filters as it generally has a very "cheap" effect, but if you absolutly have to, play with those Filters>Artistic
but there are tons of ways, just all about playing with them and experimenting. (always save your original first though. =)
