delta/slappyJ : the blogs that I follow are mostly maintained by programmers writing about their work, people working on applications that interest me, or are subject-specific (like bioinformatics, Jpop, etc.).
I take it that you don't read newspapers, the occasional magazine, or watch the odd news broadcast now and then?
