well, i was gonna suggest a 20 sack, but...
buy a dime sack, go to a bookstore after enjoying some of that sack. then sit and read books and watch for friendly looking chicks.
or you could just get that 20 sack and sit around stoned all day.

get dressed up and take your girl out to test drive a new exotic car
then go to the museum
then go to a super nice restaraunt and share a glass of wine with some bread.
if you live near the ocean, go have a walk on the beach and then head back to your place for more wine and *fun

go out with about 10 people, and suggest rounds, then let everyone buy the rounds and by the 9th no one will notice that you haven't bought one.

oh and one other thing: so that you don't come off as being too cheap, make sure this restaraunt has a patio. have your wine out there, so that it appears you're just stopping by for a drink (since you really are)

Look for trouble in town, i.e a bar fight etc and dive in and attempt to split it up, be prepared to get hit. Try to help the guy or gal that is loosing and be very concerned for the looser when the fight is split up. Offer to take them home or to casualty. These kind gestures of yours should not only make you a new friend, but, offers for free beer, either that night or after the victims recovery, and maybe the chance to keep the girlfriend company, whilst they recover could be blessings in disguise.
