it's not a sport as such but tonight i am going to attempt to have a decorated concrete block smashed on my groin with a sledgehammer.
fulltime professional indian Bibhuti Bhushan Nayak holds the world record with three!!! seems feasible to start with one. anybody else attempting any spectacular feats of endurance with the groin area tonight??
