its such a 'grey area' because the guy is such a fucking hero to soooo many people. The guy is a rock GOD!
This isnt Gary Glitter or Barrymore - figures who were mocked even before they hit the headlines.
To a lot of people around the world, finding out that Pete townsend 'may' be a paedophile or into kiddy porn/abuse is the same as others finding out that Elvis was in fact a kiddy fiddler.
I think thats quite a good justification of why this is such a grey area to talk about.
