i don ´t know exactly what you mean, but if it´s not a photo, i guess it´s made with AutoCAD and 3d studio viz or something like this...

Mnay architecture frims/interior firms use:
FormZ: http://www.formz.com/
3D Studio Max: www.discreet.com/products/3dsmax…...
Maya: http://www.aliaswavefront.com/en…
Lightwave: http://www.lightwave3d.com/
Lightscape: http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/sec…
these are just a few programs that are used. they are all very expensive and very complex to learn. they require dedication and patience to produce beautiful work. otherwise most of the renderings you see are mickymouse crap. most of these sites have galleries so check them out. one of the easiest to learn is FormZ but the rendering engine is not as good as the others, but is still fair. anyways hope this helps.

thanks, I actually am pretty comfortable with maya and 3d studio. I just wanted to know more programs that were focused around interiors. I have seen lightscape before and that looks amazing, maybe I will sharpen up my CAD skills.
thanks

I use Form-Z for modeling, 3D Studio Max with Final Render for rendering.
All of those images (that I saw on that site) were photographs. I do this for a living and think that I could tell a photo from a photoreal rendering. Little things give it away like the scones of the light, the diffusion of the shadows, etc.
Most of my images are up on my site, it you want to take a look.
