I hate my team! They secretly met last night to decide on changes to some designs that I worked on. This really pisses me off.
Before today, only 1 person has really showed interest in the work. I've always sent out my designs to everyone on my team and rarely get any feedbacks and then today, they just decided they wanted things changed.
Fuck them all!

INF doesn’t know what they have under their noses. They dont respect the designer at all. They just view designers as pixelpushers. Its why I knew i had to quit 2 days after I started and why they have gone through 5 CD’s in less than a year.

yeah well you know whats worse? jack and jill went up the fucking hill to fetch a bitchass mofickin pale o' water, then, out of the blue, jack fell down down and fucked his shit up real bad and he still had the bondage cord tied around jills neck so she came tumbling down after him. Why not approach them - in da face, or go above their heads and talk to a manager.
What you said to us is a fair argument - you sent them comps as you were doing them - if they want to change things they should talk to you.

Mick, you don't understand. This happens all the time, I've brought it up with my CD's Managing directors. I've even typed out issues addressing these problems. NOTHING ever gets done. That is why Im venting here.
