Beer: Guiness or a local micro brew (Bells). Pabst if I want cheap beer. Cherry Kreik is a nice treat as well.
Mix drink: Makers Mark Manhattan, rocks, on the sweet side. Either that or a Harvey Wallbanger.
Shot: Redheaded Slut (Crownroyal topped with cranberry juice)
