my v50 screen is completely fucked so I'm in the market for a new phone, save me the sales guy and tell me what network has the cheapest rates - minimum monthly.

Minimum monthly is probably Virgin mobile who have no monthly subscription fee
However, I would recommend Orange, they will match any other mobile tariff if you don't like the look of theirs

they:
