Insurance Advice

  I'm being so jerked around by Progressive Insurance! Has anyone had their car busted up by someone else and been jerked around by the insurance co?? If so, what did you do?!

  Some guy's very drunk teen son hit my car (along with 5 others) in his dad's van and fled the scene...the van owner is trying to cover it up saying his car was stolen. Now Progressive Insurance (also my co.) is lying and jerking me around saying they can't pay until its proven that this guy is responsible.

  This is design related because I'm having to drive my car with pieces hanging off and busted in to client meetings...not good! Any advice?
