there was a site featured here (maybe NTB) a couple weeks ago... it was a chicago real estate site right on the chicago river... condos near the montgomery ward building... there were floorplans, and photos, etc.
now that i think about it, it was done by one of the QBN Editors. Anyone remember?

yes, Kona's the winner... the other one is in denver. the chicago one is the one i had in mind... yet in my head the two seemed to merge as one for a moment there.

i was looking at LOFTS and they were upwards of $1300.
that was a couple months ago. may have gone down... hopefully.
