ergonomic chair alternatives

looking into new chairs for an office. i'm open to alternative designs meant for optimal ergonomics.
some swear by perching stools ( http://www.backcare.co.uk/browse… ) and high desks
some like lisa simpson's kneeler desk chair
some are all about old fashioned overstuffed retro chairs softer than a bag of feathers.
what is your dream desk chair?
(i'm especially concerned about ergonomic design and healthy backs for all employees)

There are a ton to choose from, try Steelcase, Teknion, Herman Miller, Allsteel, etc etc.
