put this into the CSS...
scrollbar-arrow-color:#FF7F7F7;
scrollbar-base-color:#F7F7F7;
scrollbar-shadow-olor:#F7F7F7;
scrollbar-face-color:#FFFFFF;
scrollbar-highlight-color:#F7F7F...
scrollbar-dark-shadow-color:whit...
scrollbar-3d-light-color:#F7F7F7...adjust colors accordingly.

I've already done that. It kept giving me links to tutorials that just change the scrollbar's colours.
I am looking for something that is totally customized, using scrolling .gifs and stuff.I hope I am making sense.

i don't think you can do that with iframes... but you can say "noscroll" on the iframes and use a dhtml scroll bar instead (within the iframe).
http://www.dhtmlcentral.com
i think has some examples.

find a site that has a scroller customised like the one you'd want on your site.
steal their code.
you might have to find the css code too.
copy > paste
simple.gotta say - i sometimes ask for help on here. but some people really take the piss. i'm not on about you but some folk just think this is a place where people are gonna waste their time for you cos you cant be arsed wasting yours.
does that make sense.and as for .psd sharing/tweaking/remixing ..... come on, please! i'm sure your time could be spent doing something a little more creative than that SURELY!!!?!?!? instead of inverting someoneelses pic then adding a few filters or a few new bits then passing it on.
just had to get that rant out - it was building up inside.
