  Does anyone know of an application (or even a site, I can take a screenshot after I create it) that allows me to make a tiled background and visualize it in a tiled fashion while I'm making it?

  no, i am curious though.

  i usually open PS and work on it there with dreamweaver open, save it in PS, it automagically updates in DW and i can see what it looks like just by Alt + Tabbing.

  not sure if there is an easier way.
