I think everyone here almost uses P2P apps for music so why not p2p fonts etc
- pagua0
ouch.

yea, why not just steal website designs too while your at it.
don't worry about it, everyone knows that no one designs fonts...no one pours months of blood sweat and kerning into the design and development of a well made font...
go ahead, take them, trade them...don't bother honoring the designers behind them.

you can find lots of fonts in P2P share apps

hey sp - do you download music?
- sp0
actually, no, i don't.
i buy cd's, and then rip them to mp3 for personal use on my box at work.
still illegal, yes, but i did pay for the music.
i've never believed in pirating software or downloading music...for more than just the 'goodie goodie' reasons.
when you download mp3's it takes up gobs of hdd space...i'm a clean freak with system structure...i hate useless shitcluttering up my box...and with warez...you don't know what the cracker had actually done to the piece of software you're downloading and using.
most of the time, this is how trojans get slipped onto machines and then your box becomes just another clone...
i don't like taking that risk.
i continue to pay for my software and other things....if i can't afford it, i find an open-source alternative.
as a developer, programmer and former designer, i absolutely hate the fact that so many people rape others hardwork.

Jus' cos you can doesn't mean you should.
Seems 'respect' got stuck somewhere in the last century.
Oh well.
- sp0
unfortunately it goes way beyond just respect...
and, what is most absurd, is the amount of bitching kids do on here about who ripped who, yet they go out and download the latest photoshop and use it without giving a damn what the developers put into it.
