anyone using chimera (ver 0.6) for mac os x? i just installed it. very sweet looking app. but it seems amazingly slow. is it just me? anyone else notice it too?
i am running it on an old imac, so that could be the root of the problem.

delete it from your computer now.
please do so before some small army of minions attempts to popularize a non-standard browser (meaning ANY browser other than IE)
it is not worth the trouble my friend. please. we don't need to go back to the dark ages.... remember the railroads... remember the railroads.

:)
don't worry lilbabyarm, i've very wary about using another browser. but chimera really seems to be pretty sweet.
i love the pop-up blocker... IE would never implement that!

I'm using it, it's awesome, a few bugs still dealing with Flash, but wicked fast (much faster than IE) and standards compliant The regular Mozilla for OSX is a dog. Almost slow motion. Pop-up blocker is the shizzle. crashes about 70% less often than IE.

jawbreaker... what are you running it on (G4? mHz?)?
do you notice a lag when going to a new page? it's as if it stalls for a second. i'm on a LAN with a T1 connection, so i know it's not the network speed that's slowing it down.

the pop up blocker is great, the problem is that some sites crash it.
