Can anyone help me out with some font names or urls?, i need a typeface that is clean and clear at low pts (can't be pixel). Im looking for a font like the body text of all the 2a flash sites? thx

no font will be clear in flash at low pts unless it is a pixel font, or an imported bitmap. Only way you will get a nice clean font will be pixel fonts or text as html.
Funny enough I have found most clients do not like smaller text that is made in flash and sometimes even request to have the text imported as bitmaps so they look exactly like they did in the photoshop comp they approved.
I wouldn't bother with smaller non-pixel fonts. depending upon the resolution the fonts will always look blurry.

thanks pr, yeah i think importing bitmaps is the go. i just was wondering whats the best non pixel font (in capitals) to display in flash at a nice pt size. what would you use in those mega.tight 2a sites of yours?!

Try a verdana at 11pt
set textfield to 'device fonts'

That's a really unreliable way of working, not everyone has Verdana so setting it to device fonts means it could revert to Times or whatever else they have. So don't do it.
The capitals font on 2Adv looks a bit like Franklin Gothic Heavy, probably ain't but might be worth a try.
