Timezone in Flash

  Hi, does anybody know of a tutorial or can show me how to do timezones in Flash like here:

  I know how to do time in Flash but want to know how to do Pacific, Eastern time etc.

  all you have to do is look up how all the different time zones relate to UTC, or your time zone, then add or subtract the appropriate time.
