In august a beach umbrella freakishly flew into my face and pierced my lower eye lid and the eye itself. The trauma caused bleeding beneath the retina, tearing and lifting it completely off the back of the eye, much like wallpaper being peeled off a wall.
However, using a technique called vitrectomy, a form of retinal spot welding, i can see again!!!

Yikes dude! I think I'll let it rain on me rather than EVER use another umbrella again!
Congrats on seeing again...I would have opted to get the X-ray vision installed, but regular vision is ok too!
