I have 100+ thumbnails and I need to replace one color into another. Is it possible to do with photoshop with some kind of batch or action?

yes, it's extremely easy & 2 minutes in the help file should solve it if you know what you're looking for.
look up 'actions'. you need to record one to replace the colour. then look up 'batch'. this will allow you to run the action on a batch of files (specifying source/destination directories, etc.)
