I have been waiting for almost a year for more info about this. And now that I've quickly browsed through the application form, I don't know if it's really worth it anymore.
I heard somewhere (maybe was post on NT) that you had to pay a large amount for the course, can someone confirm that?
Thanks.

Well, I think you have to pay a large amount for any Masters Degree, but it is through a credited University right?
Anyhoo, if you watched their latest package for WGN on designinmotion.com, you might rethink getting a Masters Degree from them... Nothing terribly groundbreaking from Attik for awhile now. (my opinion) That's why they need me to work for them. Yeah.

I got to Huddersfield University and the following is what I know about the Attik Degree.
It is the equivalent of a Masters Degree. It costs around £5000 British Pounds. You basically do work for them on real life projects and some in-house stuff.
It is different from other Masters Degree's but is still in a trial period.
Something that if you can get the oppertunity to do then you should do because you get commercial experience and gain a Masters Degree at the same time.
If you already have plenty of commercial experience then its probably better to go for another course.

Good luck to everyone.

Anyone have a link to more info?
Solely on the basis of what's been written in this thread, it sounds like a clever way of getting hungry young designers to work without recompense ... and pay the employer for the privelige.

just like Bruce Mau and George Brown.
you dont keep any of your work. you cant claim any right. you make no money. BUT you dont work for Bruce Mau rather you just study.

I really would like to know more about ATTIK and this degree. Does anyone know someone who has taking this course?
And how much it really costs?
- n80
if you dig a little bit in the site (i think maye FAQs, can't remember) it tells you how much it costs.
i'd also love to hear from someone who is in or has taken this... anyone?
