Check out a few forums and noone seems to know where the hell Erol Otis went to.
I could call Jeff Easley and find out. He has been at TSR forever and should know. Not sure if he is still working with WOTC though. Last I heard, they asked him to move to Seattle and he refused because of his kids being in school and all.
