Hi,
What do you guys use for creating the most efficient/best results for sound compression.
I need to include 15 sec sound file into a flash movie and keep it below 200K.
Any pointers?

HAAAAAAAAAA, nice one for me, my specialty. Overall, I would say that compressing sound is not an easy thing to do. If you want something that will still sound good, yet at same time be small, in terms of size, it can be difficult. The best thing to use really, would be either Sound Forge 5 or 6 for PC or Wavelab for MAC. What you can do is bring in an original .wav if you got it and then try to boost the level of your sounds, which doesn't cause the size of your file to get bigger and then try to export into .mp3 format, but actually Flash 5 seems to keep .wav files smaller than .mp3, in cause you didn't know that.

you should be able to do it at about 15 seconds, just for one file, it should keep it at about 180KB or so.
