Full time? Part time?

I'm contemplating going to school next year. My question is, what are the pro's and con's of both full time and part time study?
I will be studying overseas and am leaning towards part time as it will allow me to remain in the country longer, and tuition will be drawn out over a longer period.
Hoping to hear a few points I may have overlooked. Any insight?
Thanks.

eben if you are in school part time doenst necessarily mean you can work the remaining hours to fill in the time and make money...
some countries dont allow students form other countries to work in their country with a student visa unless it in on campus or off-the-books, if off teh books, if you get caught, you get throw out!
besides...fulltime allows you more knowlegde if you have $$ to back you up and live on.

SLAZ,
Yeah, I'm a little worried about not being able to work during the interim. It is something I will need to look into.
Could you please explain whay full time allows more knowledge? Is it because I wouldn't be given time to forget my studies? I've been thinking this as well.
It's just that I can't imagine being able to pay a full time tuition.

pseudonirod...
if you are worried about not having money for tuition...then not working would only make it worse for you. Money stress in school sucks!! That is what school loans are for though....live off you savings and pay school with your loan. Then you have approx. 2-3 years to start paying the loan back....
not working is definately tough though....just look into labor laws in the country you want to go to...and also about student visa's...what is allowed and not allowed. The schooll should have international couselors for you to chat with.
being that you are going away...you usually would go to school fulltime...you dont want to make school your career...it is suppost to be the step towards your career....so get it done and get your arse out there!!!! Yeah, and if you thought you were lazy going fulltime and partying...wait till you only go partime....the entire day turns into a hangover!

full time tuition is generally cheaper in the long run than if you were to take each of the classes. I know a lot of schools make you pay by the credit if you are part time - that gets pricey really fast. Full time students pay a set rate, which will probably be considerably less.
