is there a way that I can import AVI files into flash without losing resolution??? I am using screenshots in a demo and the images are getting real choppy.
Does it make a difference that I got the captures using CAMTASIA?

wha? it shouldn't get choppy at all, not sure what your doing to them?

should i try using different file formats to import into flash?
it actually is a vendor doing a mini-demo for presentation purposes and they say it is the best they can do. The images I gave to them are clean, so I know it is on their end. Any suggestions....
