I have a videocamera, I want to transfer data to pc, edit it there (which app do I need?) and copy it back to the camera ...
I don't have a clue how to do it ...

you need a firewire card and premiere, or something similar.

any chance of getting the data to my pc via a cable and my graphic card (vodoo banshee)?

umm what kind of inputs does your video card have? firewire?
and does your camera output firewire (it probably does)

get a firewire card if your camera is digital, not too expensive.
and, if you have an analog camera, you have to make sure your video card has analog imputs like those on the back of a tv or something.
if not, then you can buy like another video card, or some kind of adaptor.
wither way, if you buy something it should come with video software.
