i can see what your saying, at 100%, it's harder to read, still legible though. even with the fonts you used, at 100% it's somewhat hard to make out, that's why there is a zoom function in acrobat. when mine is printed, you can easily see what it says.
i've changed some of the text to a simplar font but still playing with it, not happy with the results so far.

Right you really dont have to convert text to outlines, just embed the font in the PDF.
