Whats the best settings for keying color in AE.
We just had some footage shot on a blue screen and i can't remove all the blue...any suggestions?

there is no best setting.
just fuck about with it till it looks ok.
a good tip is to use multiple keys and just tweak tweak tweak.

is it DV footage? It is mostly impossible to key DV footage accurately, because of the DV compression scheme.

you may have to mask it.

use the spill supressor as well. as long as your footage was shot right, it should get rid of any extraneous chroma.

DV works fine with color keying, you just have to pay extra attention to lighting the scene correctly. it's all in the shooting:)
