.dmg file download

  I downloaded Jaguar in .dmg format. I am on a mac. Do I burn this to Cd and then boot from it?

  no click it .. it should mount it self on you desktop.. go into there and run the installer

  still doesn't work. I should have mentioned that I am going from os9 to Jaguar. is that my problem? Do I need to load x then repeat?

  definately...

  dmg is an osx specific extension.
