importing illustration to flash

urm, so I'm trying to import this image into flash from illustrator.. and no go, the colours fuck up and so do the lines, but I remember that freehand to flash always works.. so copied, pasted from AI to FH, and then into flash... colours stay intact but some details dissapear on me :|
even if I save it in freehand and import it I still get the same problem, or it won't import at all, I've tried nearly every format from freehand..
I'm avoiding making it a bitmap for obvious reasons.. any ideas?

oh.. and regular copy&paste into flash from illustrator doesn't work.

You need to get the free swf plug-in from Adobe for Illustrator. Just search for it on their site, install it, then use the file> export menu and choose swf.

haha no.
anyway, I worked it out.. even exporting from freehand didn't work right, but I found that if you export right from illustrator, using the swf export.. and put the line detail to max (9 I think) it sorts it out.
