I need an html that when it is loaded, it loads write off the bat, a 300 x 700 pop up window in the
center of the users screen..I know this is possible with javascript.... but I need it to work on IE and Netscape.
Anyone?

if you have dreamweaver go to MM Exchange (on Macromedias website) and download the right behaviours there....
