In regards to the story linked in PBS, "Blind, fooled"...
Has it struck anyone that millions of publications are useless to the blind as well? Are all government documents accessible to the blind? No, but their websites are required to be. In the US, there are still differing legal opinions on this - many court rulings conflict. But the point remains that most believe sites should be accessible to everyone, even if print publications don't necessarily have to be.
Why is this? What do you think?
