Flash Intro: the lost art?

I know it has become a web taboo in some eyes but personally if done well, it can be a great outlet for design and a source of inspiration. nothing wrong with flexing your motion muscles.

I like that kind of "mini-intros" that play only in a window though the navigation is already here . . .

by done well, I mean not interupting the users navigation of your site.
(skip intros, opt outs, or in popup/or self contained window.)most eye candy on the web is a time sink, if you can get your user to your intended link in about 7 secs. I dont see the harm.

I'm all up for intros provided they don't get in my way, they're not too long and they don't take liberties with my browser.
Your intro : I like the motion a lot. reminds me of the plaid music videos. in a good way.
