Sorry if someone else posted this, but I would just like to call attention to:
A great Project Management, Version Control and a good difference editor for code.
It can be used for any type of project, although emphasis is on Delphi(Pascal) and other high level programming projects, it works equally well for web projects...especially ones with a lot of development.

i have posted this somewhere here already but i think this thread is the perfect place for it .
FILTER IT, illustrator filter is a visual sex tou for all of u Vector addicts !
u can use it as any filter but if u get into it you will start to do crazy shapes and patterns and rotate/duplicate/fade objects really fast..i love it
..
