If you read the YouTube comments, A LOT of people are stating they'll be furious if this is just a commercial.
The fact that this is an ad is just sad, and it also means it's far less likely that there will ever be a sequel (not a reboot, mind you). :(

Anyone see Ferris Bueller documentary?
I think it was on A&E or AMC.
Pretty interesting. The original cut was 2 hours and 45 minutes and was much darker, included more characters and scenes.
Ferris had a younger brother and sister in grade school (or junior high?) that were cut out of the film. Louie Anderson had a bigger role. Charlie Sheen's character and family had a bigger back story. Many scenes were cut including Ferris at a strip club singing an Elvis song. The original script had Ferris drinking and smoking.

there was never an "official" soundtrack to the film - John Hughes (the director) was worried about the mix of songs in the movie being too eclectic to sell as an album.
