  Since meeting at St. Martin's in 1968, Gilbert and George, the London-based "living sculptures", have forged an impressive résumé of worldwide exhibitions. Known for their stained-glass window way with pictures, their art is both darkly loaded and comic, like a turd shaped as a gun. As they themselves are works of art, tonight's book signing could be seen as performance. The book, Gilbert and George: Contemporary Artists, is both an introductory "bluffer's guide" and retrospective tome, featuring key work, interviews, and new material from the duo. Tonight's meet and greet gives you the opportunity to get creative too. Take several Polaroids of them and cut and paste in a G&G style for that perfect memento.
