  Strong Flash Skills.
  Knowledge and experience of how to keep file size down in your pieces but yet make them sing.
  Previous Banner work is a plus but not nessessary.

  Yes it is banners for now but they are for xbox. Good portfolio piece.

  Pay is decent and can maybe even turn into more work (not banner related) down the road if things turn out well.
