  "Portions Controlled Graphic"
  called the "Enviromental Issues"
  :which is going to feature different social issues and
  viewing the Singaporean and
  Malaysian Designers point of interpretation based on these issues.

  The first issue:
  "The Recycled Dump"which is on the "Newater"which will soon be implemented in Singapore:
  changing of tap water ( or rather the water citizens drink from taps) from clean filtrated water to the recycled pure clean water that once used to be their own "pee" and "dumps".
