it's a song by australian new wave band called "MEN AT WORK" the song is called "overkill" and it's from the album " cargo" released on cbs records in 1983.
The guy singing the tun is Colin Hay, who was the original lead singer for the band, who is still around todaym but with only 2 of it's original members.
