    The following has been found on a macromedia forum written by a macro representative. Beware of making MAC projectors in Flash MX for clients that don't have time to download an extension:

    Macs have two different operating systems now, OS 9 and OS X. carbonlib is the bridge between the two systems so software can run on both operating systems. Flash Projectors for the Mac need carbonlib 1.3.1 or higher to run. I'm not sure which version of carbonlib is installed with OS X but it should be higher that 1.3.1. So any OS 9 user that has not upgraded their carbonlib would need to do this before they could view your Projector. You might add a link to Apple's download page or see if you can put the carbonlib updater on your CD.
