    Designers and Developers... If you're stressed for work just call, email, or stop by damn near ANY design studio. Hooking up with an employment agency is like shooting yourself in the foot. Take it from me, an owner, that your chances of being hired have just gone out the window, and your "pimp's" day rate is sure to get you dismissed ASAP. Read the contract they make you sign - it should be your LAST RESORT. Can't tell you how many talented people have come and gone because they simply did not hit us up direct.
