  When the bikers, demolition derby drivers and pro extreme sportsfolk moved in it felt like the appropriate thing to do was graffiti a tagline to the ‘Welcome to Utopia’ sign.

  And someone did.

  Someone said in thick black strokes on the bright yellow sign, ‘Stay off my lawn and I’ll stay out of your wife!’
