  Fingers crossed for a sunny day brings together new work from emerging artists Adam Bridgland and Lucy Gough. For their first two person show at Soma they have produced work which is influenced by memories of summer holidays in England, celebrating everything that makes Britain unique. The work on display has a distinct sense of Englishness, working with nostalgic references that focus the mind on a period in the past. The results are an explosion of media, colour and form with print, photography, multiples and textiles working together to create a sense of celebration and optimism.
