Throughout April 2006, Channel 4’s IDEASFACTORY launched the world’s first short film festival on moving trains, throughout the West Midlands. Born from a desire to optimise new platforms to get quality short films to a wider audience, Rolling Stock offered over 1 million passengers the opportunity to be part of an international festival.
