    The plan is to release periodic B & W zines, both online (free) and in print (cheap), that subscribers can then bring to their local "Photocopy Shop" and make into stickers. So if you submit work, there is a really good chance you will be UP in cities that you will never even visit, and you will also have the opportunity to collect and share the work of like-minded artists from around the globe.
