From Canada, but now lives in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Her work has appeared in The New York Times, The New Yorker, The Village Voice, Maclean's, The Walrus, Bust, The National Post, and other lovely publications. Her comic book "Skim", co-created with her writer-cousin Mariko, will be expanded into a graphic novel in 2008 and a compilation book of comics, sketchbooks, and illustrations is also in the works.
