  We're looking for someone with strong CSS, XHTML, Javascript, and Photoshop production skills. PHP, Flash, or AJAX experience a definite plus. A strong design sense and attention to detail are critical. You'll need to be a creative thinker, a problem solver, and have the drive to create killer online experiences. If your favorite sites are AListApart, MezoBlue, or SimpleBits, you're on the right track. Salary is proportional to experience.
