dunno para. Is it secure? I wouldn't go anywhere near Bow to be honest.
I don't what the Home Office is stinging you for, but I'm pretty sure you should ask your Dad for a sub or something!
Hell - if it's just a couple of hundred get someone to lend it to you. Not me though - because I dont have it!
