the nav shouldnt be at the bottom of the page... totally gets lost. i thought u only had a splash for the first minute...
i also think its weird how you introduce a frame-based nav in a few of the sections... why not just use a frame based nav for the whole thing? makes it a lot more intuitive.
also, that header is frickin huge and really distracting... does it need to be at the top of every page? and the same thing each time?
